Online platform for registration of associates providing various services related to the clients field of business, registration by clients to float their inquiries. The platform allows for associates and clients to tie-up with Designs Unlimited. Application allows for creation of projects, tracking of progress by uploading of images, design plans, documents etc. The application allows weekly updates by the associate for each project under their charge. It automatically sends reminders for missed updates by sms, email and on the associates’ login. The application allows for periodic feedback from the client on their projects. The inbuilt security features allow the visibility of all projects and communications only to the stake holders and hides them from other members.

Additional functionalities for birthday and anniversary reminders as well as library management modules allow for relationship building amongst the associates and clients.

Application allows defining of schemes of various types with detailing of each individual unit for sale. It supports management of inquiries by individual/company representatives and communication and follow-up with them, booking functionality of units, generation of offer letter to customers, recording of payments as per decided installments and generation of receipts.

HR modules allow creation of company employees, leave requisition, forwarding of leave application to authorizing superior, approval and rejection of leave. There is automatic email communication for leave request and approval status. Modules are also provided for Loan requisition by employees and approval management. Automatic rejection by system if loan request fails company rules with regards to maximum amount based on current salary and number of payback installments selected.

Application also has Library management modules to manage company’s internal library of books, digital media, and architectural & construction related magazines. It supports creation of media, recording of borrowings, reminders for missed timelines and recording of returns.
