The web based application allows for registration of members, subscription renewals, payments management and receipt printing. It also generates renewal reminders before expiry of subscription and provides a pending payments list for renewed members. It allows for variety of membership/subscription plans, can create mailings, send emails and sms to members. It provides for trainers management and reports for batches taken by trainers and the attendees. It allows for daily attendance to track footfalls and reports on members regularity. The application also allows for recording of the member’s health and provides a progress chart over a period. The member dashboard gives access to the member’s profile, progress, renewal history and payment history. The integration with SMS functionality allows for automatic SMS to the trainer for newly joined members, welcome message to new members, renewal and payment confirmation messages. The application also sends a daily summary report to the owners for the new member registrations, renewals and cash inflows.
