This is a customized solution integrated with an Back Office Management & Accounting Solution for top level hotel groups. The solution allows the employees of the Hotel to log in into the application to apply for a single day/multi-day leave from the available leaves of different types. It has a workflow for approval by respective department heads. It provides for checking against employee’s leave inventory and ensures compliance to configurable company rules. Application appends shift related data of manpower to the leave application before forwarding to the department head thus helping the approver to make the decision without creating a staffing shortage.
