Online web based application allows creation of applicants, uploading of resumes in ms-word and PDF formats, adding of keywords and descriptions. Advanced search mechanism retrieves matching applicants data from database and resume bank of uploaded resumes from the server file system. Lucene based search identifies candidates for any type of search query in almost instantaneous time from thousands of resumes in ms word and PDF formats. Application enables creation of Trackers for job requirements provided by Clients, creation of callers lists for telephonic interview of short listed candidates, recording of all communication with candidates and management of total history of the candidate across different job openings he/she was shortlisted for along with call logs.

A customized solution to calculate the cost of printing a specific label considering various variables like no. of colors, size of the label, no. and type of stampings etc. The application calculates the size of the substrate to be used for optimum printing with minimum wastage; the no. of labels across and around ensuring minimum distance between each label as per the industry standards.
The application calculates the per label cost for standard quantity and increasing and decreasing percentage of standard quantity taking into consideration a vast array of variable & fixed costs. The output is a cost sheet for the management to take business decisions. The application also allows creation of Quotation by directly picking the costs for different labels from the calculated cost sheets for the specific client and adding the profit margin to it. The integrated email functionality enables the authorized user to email the quotation for multiple labels to the client.
