The application allows creation of customers and suppliers, creation of purchase orders. It manages goods inwards and goods returns. For each inwarded set of goods Barcode is generated and tagged. The application allows images for the goods to be tagged for future re-orders. The application provides for Label printing with Barcodes. There are modules for Job Work management to allow value addition on purchased (inwarded) goods. Customer level automatic pricing with support for Invoicing, Packing and Dispatch by ship/air streamlines the entire sales cycle. The application also provides for CSV file based bulk data upload for inwards.

Warehouse Management System

WMS is a key part of the supply chain and primarily aims to control the movement and storage of materials within a warehouse and process the associated transactions, including shipping, receiving, putaway and picking. The systems also direct and optimize stock putaway based on real-time information about the status of bin utilization. It handles the receipt of stock and returns into a warehouse facility, model and manage the logical representation of the physical storage facilities (e.g. racking etc), manage the stock within the facility and enable a seamless link to order processing and logicstics management in order to pick, pack and ship product out of the facility.
