Workflow based application using JBoss JBPM workflow engine to manage all activities from Registration of point-to-point & MPLS Leased Lines for the customer to commissioning of the circuit. The application has modules for commercial officers to register application, raise a Demand Note, generate Workorders; for junction planning officers to manage builtup; for installation team for actual implementation as per the workorder generated, for the accounts officers for managing payments etc. Modules for customer feedback ensure that commissioning is considered only after the customer’s confirmation. Configurable workflows enable registration and workorder generation & execution of new applications, applications for upgrade/downgrade of capacities, applications for shifting in case of change of customer’s address and Termination applications for removal of Temporary-limited period circuits and circuits of exiting customers.
